Pricol Limited has signed a 5-year Technology License Agreement with Italy-based Domino S.r.l, effective 14th July 2025. Under the deal, Pricol gets the license to manufacture, distribute and sell two-wheeler handlebar control products such as switches, throttles and allied items for OEMs in Indian and Southeast Asian markets. Domino, founded in 1951, is a global leader in motorcycle control systems with a strong presence in European and US aftermarket segments. Pricol will pay royalty to Domino based on usage of the licensed technology. The agreement is not a related-party transaction, and no equity or share exchange is involved.
This gives Pricol access to globally proven two-wheeler control technology, strengthening its position as an integrated handlebar solutions provider alongside its existing Driver Information System business. For shareholders, it expands Pricol's product offering and addressable market in India and Southeast Asia, which could support future revenue growth, though financial impact will depend on customer adoption.
