Prime Industries Limited submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings of its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, which were published on November 13, 2025 in Desh Sewak (Punjabi) and Financial Express (English), as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a standalone basis, total income from operations stood at Rs. 5,228.03 lakh for Q2 FY26 versus Rs. 5,069.53 lakh in Q2 FY25, while net profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 81.00 lakh from Rs. 187.26 lakh a year ago. For H1 FY26, total income was Rs. 10,305.23 lakh and net profit after tax was Rs. 185.54 lakh. The results also note that Prime Industries acquired 80,001 equity shares (50.001%) of Linga Agri Trading and Machinery Pvt Ltd, approved on July 7, 2025, making it a subsidiary.
Despite a modest rise in revenue, the sharp drop in Q2 standalone net profit signals margin pressure for shareholders. The new subsidiary (Linga Agri Trading and Machinery) will change consolidated numbers going forward and is worth tracking.
