Prince Pipes has informed BSE and NSE that its standalone audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025 were published in Financial Express (English) and Janadesh (Gujarati) on May 22, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. For Q4 FY25, revenue rose to Rs 7,196.54 million from Rs 5,777.24 million in Q4 FY24 (up about 24.6%), and the company swung to a profit of Rs 241.78 million from a loss of Rs 204.24 million in Q4 FY24. For full-year FY25, revenue was Rs 25,239.16 million versus Rs 25,687.45 million in FY24 (down about 1.7%), while profit after tax stood at Rs 431.36 million versus Rs 1,824.97 million in FY24. The FY24 figure included a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 179.23 million from settlement of a legal matter related to its corporate office property. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share on a face value of Rs 10 for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
The strong Q4 revenue growth and swing back to profit is a positive signal of recovery, but the sharp decline in full-year profit on a like-for-like basis points to meaningful margin pressure through most of FY25. The modest Rs 0.50 per share final dividend is conservative and reflects the weaker earnings year.
