Prism Johnson Limited reported strong FY26 performance with consolidated revenue of ₹7,404 crore (up 8.4% YoY) and EBITDA of ₹693 crore (up 52.1% YoY). EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 9.4% from 6.7% in FY25. The company achieved major deleveraging with effective net debt reducing by 43% to ₹646 crore from ₹1,138 crore in FY25. All three business segments showed improvement: Prism Cement delivered EBITDA per tonne of ₹543 (up 54.7%) with ROCE jumping to 16.7% from 1.2%; H&R Johnson reported EBITDA of ₹178.7 crore (up 27.7%) with margin expansion to 7.3%; Prism RMC grew EBITDA by 37.2% to ₹113 crore. The company also announced exit from its non-core Raheja QBE insurance joint venture for ₹324 crore, with IRDAI and shareholder approvals received.
The substantial debt reduction and margin improvement across all segments signal strengthening financial health and operational efficiency. The upcoming Raheja QBE divestment will further enhance focus on core building materials businesses while providing proceeds for additional balance sheet strengthening. The Q4 cement EBITDA dip to ₹337/tonne from ₹579 is timing-related due to maintenance shutdown and not reflective of underlying performance.
