Prism Johnson Limited has informed the exchanges about a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Rajshekhar Shettar has ceased to be SMP after retiring on superannuation effective December 31, 2025. The change was approved by the Board via circular resolution on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
