Privi Speciality Chemicals reported its highest-ever quarterly and annual performance. Q4 FY25 total revenue grew 28% year-on-year to Rs 628.37 crore, while FY25 revenue rose 19% to Rs 2,121.84 crore. EBITDA for Q4 jumped 50% to Rs 147.42 crore with margins expanding 342 basis points to 23.46%, and full-year EBITDA grew 35% to Rs 474.16 crore with margins at 22.35%. Profit after tax surged 101% in Q4 to Rs 63.98 crore and 94% for the full year to Rs 184.75 crore. Exports contributed 70-73% of revenues, the PRIGIV joint-venture plant with Givaudan has been successfully commissioned, and the company is expanding capacity by 6,000 MTPA through debottlenecking at a capex of Rs 250-300 crore to be completed by March 2026.
Strong earnings beat across revenue, margins and profits, along with a Rs 5 per share final dividend recommendation, signals robust business momentum and should be viewed positively by shareholders. Capacity expansion and new product launches (Florovane, Indomerane, Amber Woody Xtreme) point to continued growth visibility.
