G-Tech Info-Training Limited held its 31st AGM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Kshatriya Dnyati Niwas Hall, Girgaon, Mumbai. Mr. Sangramkumar Das, Managing Director, chaired the meeting, and the requisite quorum was present. The Chairman shared an overview of the company's business performance for FY2024-25 and confirmed that the auditor's report on the financial statements contained no qualifications, observations, or adverse remarks.
