Promoter completes full payment for resolution plan shares

NCLT-approved resolution plan has been implemented. Promoter Plug and Play Retail and Distribution Pvt Ltd paid the balance Rs. 5 per share on 1,11,70,000 partly paid equity shares, converting them to fully paid for about Rs. 5.58 crore total. Post-allotment, promoter holds 83.40 percent fully paid shares plus 11.50 percent existing. Pre-resolution capital of about 9.13 crore shares was cancelled. Total share count now stands at 1,33,92,185. All resolution plan payments completed.
