Promoter declares no encumbrance on shares for FY26

B&B Realty's promoter Bharat Kumar Bhandari, on behalf of the promoter group, has submitted a declaration under SEBI SAST Regulation 31(4) confirming that no encumbrance (pledge, lien, or charge) was created, directly or indirectly, on shares held by the promoters and persons acting in concert during FY ended March 31, 2026.
