Promoter group discloses 53.98% of shares pledged as of March 2026

Dharani Sugars promoter group filed annual disclosure under SEBI Reg 31(4) for FY ending March 31, 2026. No new encumbrances were created during the year. However, existing pledges remain on 1.10 crore shares — 53.98% of promoter holdings of 2.04 crore shares (61.55% of total equity). Several promoter entities have 100% of their shares pledged, including Dr Palani G Periasamy and key group firms.
