Promoter group inter-se share transfer via Gift Deed

Binny Mills received a Regulation 29 disclosure about an inter-se transfer of 16,14,854 equity shares among five promoter family members through an off-market Gift Deed on 30 June 2026. T Amudha, Padma, Dr Andal Arumugam, S Arundathi and Radha each received about 3.23 lakh shares (around 12.5% each). Their combined holding rose from 0.35% to 62.86%. No change in total promoter group stake or company control.
