Promoter entity Twin Star Holdings sold around 6.51 crore shares of Vedanta at Rs 291.36 apiece in a block deal valued at about Rs 1,896 crore. Buyer identities were not immediately disclosed. The transaction comes as Vedanta continues its broader corporate restructuring, with four demerged entities having recently debuted on the stock exchanges.
