Promoter V R Venkataachalam acquired 74,600 equity shares (2.89 percent) of Binny Mills Ltd on 29 June 2026 through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift between immediate relatives within the promoter group. His personal holding rose from 15,40,254 shares (59.62 percent) to 16,14,854 shares (62.51 percent). Total promoter group stake remains unchanged.
