Promoter V R Venkataachalam acquires 74,600 shares via gift from son at Binny Mills

Promoter V R Venkataachalam acquired 74,600 equity shares of Binny Mills by way of gift from his son and fellow promoter V Sengutuvan on 29 June 2026. The off-market inter-se transfer represents 2.89 percent of the diluted share capital and was carried out under SEBI SAST Regulation 10(1)(a). Post transaction, V R Venkataachalam's stake rose from 59.62 percent to 62.51 percent, while V Sengutuvan fully exited. No money changed hands as it was a family gift.
