Promoter V.R. Venkataachalam acquires 74,600 shares via gift transfer

Promoter V.R. Venkataachalam acquired 74,600 equity shares (2.89 percent) of Binny Mills through an off-market inter-se gift transfer from an immediate relative on 29 June 2026. His individual stake rose from 59.62 percent to 62.51 percent. Total share capital stays at 25,83,270 shares of Rs 10 each. No cash was involved since the shares were gifted within the promoter family.
