Promoters confirm 17.52% holding, no share pledges in FY26

Promoters of Techindia Nirman have filed the annual Regulation 31(4) disclosure under SEBI takeover rules. As of 31 March 2026, promoters and promoter group entities collectively hold 25,10,173 equity shares, equal to 17.52% of the company. The filing confirms that no encumbrance (pledge or charge) was created on any promoter shares directly or indirectly during the financial year ending March 2026. Eleven promoter and promoter group entities are listed, including Nandkishor Kagliwal and Jeevanlata Kagliwal.
