Promoters declare no new encumbrances on Leel Electricals shares for FY26

Promoters Neeraj Gupta, Durgesh Kumar, acquirer Krishna Ventures (KVL), Freshplate Agro Foods and Ashva Energy have declared no new pledges or encumbrances on Leel Electricals shares for FY26, beyond those already disclosed. Filing follows the company's capital restructuring under IBC, where NCLT approved sale of Leel as a going concern to KVL. Old promoter shares were cancelled to zero; public shareholders received 1 share per 43 held; KVL was allotted 1.02 crore shares via preferential issue.
