PropShare Platina SM REIT (Scrip Code 544295) announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on May 26, 2025, where it approved the Audited Condensed Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for Q4, H2, and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with the auditor's report (unmodified opinion by ASA & Associates LLP). For the period from June 27, 2024 (scheme launch) to March 31, 2025, the scheme reported total income of Rs. 25.61 million (entirely interest income) and a profit of Rs. 20.15 million.
