Property Share Investment Trust - Propshare Platina has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Propshare Platina, the first scheme of Property Share Investment Trust, has submitted its Part C Corporate Governance Compliance Report for Q4 FY26 (ending March 31, 2026) to BSE. The report is filed under SEBI REIT Regulations (Regulation 26E) and the SEBI Master Circular dated July 11, 2025. The REIT confirmed compliance on most items: annual report with governance and secretarial compliance reports are publicly disclosed, and chairpersons of both the Audit Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee were present at the Annual Meeting. One item showed 'No' — the Nomination and Remuneration Committee chairperson's attendance — but the REIT has clarified this is not mandatory under Regulation 19(3) of SEBI LODR, which uses permissive language ('may') rather than mandatory ('shall'). All items are thus either compliant or legitimately not applicable.
