Property Share Investment Trust - Propshare Platina has informed the Exchange regarding Unitholding pattern for Report Q3 FY 2025-26
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
PropShare Platina, the first scheme of Property Share Investment Trust, filed its unitholding pattern for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 with BSE. The trust has a very small unit base of 3,361 units outstanding. The Sponsor and Sponsor Group holds just 169 units (5.03%), all through an Indian Body Corporate, with no units pledged. Public holding stands at 3,192 units (94.97%), dominated by Bodies Corporate at 2,350 units (69.92%), followed by Individuals at 809 units (24.07%), and NRIs at 33 units (0.98%). No institutional investors such as mutual funds, FIIs, insurance companies, or pension funds hold any units in the trust.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure and is unlikely to move the unit price. Investors should note the extremely small unit base (3,361 units) and the high concentration among Bodies Corporate in the public category, which means liquidity and diversified institutional participation are very limited at this stage.
