Prostarm Info Systems has informed the stock exchanges that its Board has approved a strategic realignment of operations. The company will gradually shift its UPS-related business from its Pisoli unit in Pune (including operations of its wholly owned subsidiary Prostarm Energy Systems Private Limited) to its Bakrol unit in Gujarat. This is an internal consolidation and relocation — not a sale or disposal of any unit. The affected operations contributed only INR 11.88 Crores (about 3.39%) to the company's consolidated turnover of INR 350.64 Crores in FY 2024-25, while the WOS reported nil turnover.
