PSP Projects informed the exchanges about two board changes approved at the August 30, 2025 board meeting. Mr. Vasishtha P. Patel's second and final term as an Independent Director will end on August 31, 2025, and he will cease to be a director from that date. To fill the vacancy, Mr. Girishkumar Singal has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from September 1, 2025, for a first term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Singal holds an M.Com degree, had a long career in the Indian police force rising to the rank of Inspector General, and currently runs an NGO for underprivileged children. He is not related to any existing director on the board.
This is a routine board refresh with one independent director completing his tenure and being replaced by a new one, helping the company maintain the required number of independent directors. No material impact on shareholders or the stock is expected from this change.
