PTC Industries reported a strong Q1 FY26 with consolidated Total Income more than doubling to Rs 1,077.1 Mn, up 113.2% YoY from Rs 505.2 Mn. EBITDA grew 41.3% YoY to Rs 193.5 Mn, but EBITDA margin shrank to 18.0% from 27.1% due to higher costs. Profit After Tax rose modestly by 5.3% YoY to Rs 51.6 Mn. Its wholly owned subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies (ATL) was a standout performer, with revenue up 161% and EBITDA up 186% YoY. The company also signed an MoU with Safran Aircraft Engines to manufacture components for military aircraft engines, supporting India's Make in India and defence aerospace push. Major capacity expansions at its Lucknow facility are progressing on schedule.
The sharp revenue growth signals strong demand traction, particularly in aerospace and defence, but falling margins and weak PAT growth may temper near-term investor enthusiasm. The Safran MoU and ATL's accelerating contribution could support longer-term re-rating, while capacity expansion execution remains the key thing to watch.
