Pudumjee Paper Products has informed the exchanges that its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 30th August 2025 at 3:00 PM via Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means. The company has proposed a dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share on shares of face value Re. 1 each, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 22nd August 2025 to Saturday, 30th August 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM and dividend purposes.
