Pulsar International told BSE it filed the FY26 audit qualification statement in XBRL but missed the PDF attachment, now being submitted. The auditor issued a QUALIFIED opinion citing three issues: closing inventory of Rs 18.63 crore without supporting valuation; Rs 4.24 crore overdue trade receivables from prior years; and Rs 1.09 crore overdue trade payables. FY26 revenue jumped to Rs 128.79 crore from Rs 31.17 crore, but profit dropped to Rs 10.45 lakh from Rs 176.46 lakh.
Qualified opinion raises concerns over inventory verification and old dues recovery. Revenue growth not converting to profits, negative operating cash flow.
