Punjab Communications has informed the stock exchange that the Board has approved a short-term extension of three months for its CFO, CA Ramesh Goel, starting from 5th June 2025. He was originally appointed as CFO in August 2022 with an initial tenure up to the age of 58 years, which he attains on 5th June 2025.
