Puravankara Ltd released its Q4 FY26 investor presentation showing strong operational recovery. Q4 FY26 revenue jumped 173% year-on-year to ₹1,541 crore, with PAT of ₹111 crore compared to a loss of ₹88 crore in Q4 FY25. Full year FY26 sales reached a record ₹7,407 crore, up 55% YoY, with 7.25 million sq ft sold. EBITDA margin improved significantly to 22% in Q4 FY26 from 9% in Q4 FY25. The company handed over 3,747 units in FY26 versus 2,510 units in FY25. Net debt was reduced to ₹2,321 crore. The company added ₹15,200 crore in gross development value through land acquisitions in FY26 and has 21.02 million sq ft of planned launches across South and West India.
The company has returned to strong profitability with margin expansion and record sales. The ₹19,290 crore estimated total surplus potential appears sufficient to cover debt obligations, suggesting improving financial health for shareholders.
