Puravankara filed its Q3 FY26 investor presentation showing a sharp turnaround in profitability. Sales value grew 17% YoY to ~INR 1,414 Cr, with 1.49 msft sold at an average realization of ~INR 9,500/sft (up 12% YoY). Customer collections rose to INR 1,140 Cr. The company swung to a net profit of ~INR 58 Cr in Q3 FY26 from a loss of INR 94 Cr a year ago, helped by 1,116 unit handovers versus just 249 units in Q3 FY25. EBIDTA margin improved to 23% from 10% YoY. Net debt fell by INR 244 Cr quarter-on-quarter to INR 2,482 Cr, with cost of debt declining to 11.08% and net debt/equity ratio improving to 1.47. Management disclosed new land acquisitions with INR 13,900 Cr GDV in 9M FY26 and a total cashflow visibility of INR 16,100 Cr over the next 3–5 years.
Strong operational turnaround, debt reduction, and healthy future cashflow visibility are positive signals for shareholders. However, the stock has fallen nearly 38% in calendar year 2025, so sustained execution on the launch pipeline and margin recovery will be critical for sentiment to improve.
