Puravankara Limited reported exceptional Q4 FY2026 results with total revenue of ₹1,541 Cr (up 173% YoY) and PAT of ₹111 Cr, turning profitable from a loss of ₹88 Cr in Q4 FY25. Full year FY26 sales reached a record ₹7,407 Cr (up 55% YoY) with 7.25 msft area sold. Customer collections stood at ₹4,258 Cr for FY26. The company completed 3,747 unit handovers during FY26 vs 2,510 in FY25. EBITDA margin improved significantly to 22% in Q4 FY26 from 9% in Q4 FY25. Average realization per sq ft increased 37% YoY to ₹11,787. The company acquired 6 strategic land parcels in Bengaluru and Mumbai with ₹15,200 Cr GDV potential. Total estimated surplus visibility stands at ₹19,290 Cr from ongoing projects, pipeline, and commercial assets.
