Purity Flexpack, a Gujarat-based packaging company, reported its audited FY25 results showing strong growth. Total revenue from operations rose to Rs 12,682.5 lacs from Rs 10,771.3 lacs in FY24, a growth of about 17.7%. Profit after tax jumped nearly threefold to Rs 266.91 lacs from Rs 93.47 lacs, with EPS rising to Rs 24.87 from Rs 8.71. Q4 alone saw revenue of Rs 3,138 lacs and PAT of Rs 64.12 lacs, both sharply higher year-on-year. EBITDA margin also expanded to roughly 7.4% from 6.6%, aided by better operating leverage. The board also appointed new internal, cost, and secretarial auditors for FY26, and the statutory auditor Shah Mehta & Bakshi issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Strong profit growth and margin expansion are positive signals for shareholders, though operating cash flow fell to Rs 261.6 lacs from Rs 517.4 lacs, partly due to higher working capital needs. Clean audit opinion and steady debt-to-equity below 0.6 keep the fundamentals supportive for the stock.
