Purity Flexpack Ltd, a Gujarat-based packaging company, reported audited results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Total revenue from operations rose to ₹12,682.50 lakhs in FY25 from ₹10,771.30 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 17.7%. Net profit jumped sharply to ₹266.91 lakhs from ₹93.47 lakhs, nearly tripling year-on-year, while EPS climbed to ₹24.87 from ₹8.71. For Q4 alone, revenue was ₹3,138.37 lakhs with net profit of ₹64.12 lakhs. The board also approved appointments of Devesh R. Desai as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years, M Sahu & Co. as Internal Auditor, and Chetan Gandhi & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY25-26. Statutory auditor Shah Mehta & Bakshi issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
The nearly threefold jump in net profit on solid revenue growth is a clear positive for shareholders, and a clean audit report removes any governance red flags. However, operating cash flow fell sharply to ₹261.62 lakhs from ₹517.42 lakhs due to higher receivables and inventory build-up, which investors should watch as it signals working-capital strain despite strong accounting profits.
