Purity Flexpack reported H1 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 7,060.73 lakhs versus Rs. 6,538.97 lakhs in H1 FY25, a rise of roughly 8%, while Q2 FY26 revenue grew about 14% YoY to Rs. 3,755.45 lakhs. Profitability, however, deteriorated sharply: H1 FY26 PAT fell to Rs. 111.10 lakhs from Rs. 185.54 lakhs (down around 40%), and Q2 FY26 PAT was almost wiped out at just Rs. 1.26 lakhs versus Rs. 49.85 lakhs a year ago. The main drag was raw material costs, which jumped nearly 20% in H1, well ahead of revenue growth, squeezing operating margins. Auditor Shah Mehta & Bakshi gave an unqualified limited review report; the company also allotted 21.46 lakh bonus shares in a 2:1 ratio on 13 October 2025.
Top-line growth looks healthy, but a sharp fall in profits — with Q2 PAT nearly flat — points to serious input-cost pressure and weak pricing power, which is negative for near-term earnings sentiment despite the clean audit opinion.
