Purple Finance Ltd has appointed Abhilasha Chaudhary & Associates, a Peer Reviewed Firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditors. The appointment covers a five-year period from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on April 21, 2025. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting.
