Olympic Management & Financial Services Ltd's board, at its meeting on 6 February 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹4.69 lakhs in Q3 FY26, up sharply from ₹1.06 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26) and ₹1.13 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Total income stood at ₹5.79 lakhs against total expenses of ₹4.31 lakhs, leading to a profit before tax of ₹1.48 lakhs, compared with losses of ₹2.96 lakhs in Q2 and ₹3.76 lakhs in Q3 last year. Earnings per share for the quarter came in at ₹0.049, reversing the negative ₹0.098 in the prior quarter. However, for the nine months ended December 2025, the company is still in the red with a cumulative loss of ₹5.56 lakhs and EPS of negative ₹0.185, though significantly better than the ₹37.16 lakh loss in the same period last year. The results were limited reviewed by statutory auditor R.K. Khandelwal & Co. with no qualifications, and the company reported no investor complaints during the quarter.
A clear quarterly turnaround – the company swung back to profit after several quarters of losses, driven by a sharp rise in operating revenue. While the stock may see short-term positive sentiment, investors should note the company is still loss-making on a year-to-date basis and operates at a very small scale (single segment, revenues under ₹5 lakhs per quarter).
