Mrs. Apoorva Gupta has resigned from the post of Whole-Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sahara One Media & Entertainment Ltd, effective from the close of business hours on October 16, 2025. She cited better career opportunities (personal reasons) and had been with the company for about eight years. Her resignation was submitted via email on October 7, 2025 and was accepted by the Board through a Resolution by Circulation on October 16, 2025. The Chief Financial Officer, Shri P.C. Tripathy, will additionally take on the role of Compliance Officer.
The departure of a KMP-level officer is a routine change but the company must fill the Company Secretary role soon to meet statutory compliance requirements. Investors should watch for a permanent replacement appointment; until then, the CFO will handle compliance duties.
