Auto Pins (India) Ltd's board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations fell to ₹980.40 lakhs from ₹1,290.51 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a drop of about 24%. Net profit after tax declined sharply to ₹2.36 lakhs from ₹6.96 lakhs (down ~66%), and EPS slipped to ₹0.04 from ₹0.12. The board re-appointed M/s Parveen Rastogi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Bhardwaj & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and appointed Ms. Priti Mishra as the new Chief Financial Officer. No dividend was recommended for the period.
The sharp year-on-year decline in both revenue and profit is a negative signal for shareholders, indicating weaker demand or pricing pressure in the current quarter. The CFO change may bring fresh focus on financial management, but near-term earnings momentum has clearly slowed compared to last year.
