The Board of Directors of RCC Cements Limited met on April 21, 2026 and approved the appointment of two additional directors. Mr. Faizal Bavaraparambil Abdul Khader was appointed as Non-Executive/Non-Independent Director and Mr. Shatrughan Sahu was appointed as Non-Executive/Independent Director, both effective immediately. Mr. Khader brings 18 years of business experience in manufacturing, trading of plywood, spices, resins, petrochemicals, and electronic products distribution. Mr. Sahu is a Bachelor of Commerce with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, corporate secretarial, marketing, and administration. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and comply with SEBI LODR Regulations.
