ADS Diagnostics reported its Q1 FY26 results on August 12, 2025. Revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs 426.68 lakh from Rs 414.64 lakh in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 3%. Total income stood at Rs 440.04 lakh versus Rs 420.01 lakh. Profit before tax more than doubled to Rs 20.04 lakh from Rs 9.41 lakh, while net profit after tax jumped to Rs 14.77 lakh from Rs 7.04 lakh, a growth of around 110%. Basic and diluted EPS came in at Rs 0.67, up from Rs 0.32 a year ago. For the full financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company had reported revenue of Rs 1,599.96 lakh and a net profit of Rs 80.51 lakh (EPS of Rs 3.67). The auditor, V.N. Purohit & Co., issued an unmodified review report on the results.
The sharp doubling of net profit on nearly flat revenue signals improved operating efficiency and margin expansion, which is a positive sign for shareholders. However, the overall scale of the business remains small, so the stock may see limited reaction unless growth sustains in coming quarters.
