Shareholders in its Annual General meeting has approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Gokul Sharma (DIN 06960753) as Non Executive Independent Director

Additionally, M/s. Bharat Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN 131010W), was appointed as Statutory Auditor for a five-year term until the conclusion of the 25th AGM in 2030. The audit firm has 15 years of experience in taxation, company law, and finance syndications, and holds a valid peer review certificate until 31 January 2026. Neither appointee is debarred by any SEBI or other authority, and there are no pending disciplinary cases against the proposed auditor.
