Q1 FY26-27 unitholding pattern submitted to BSE and NSE

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has filed its unitholding pattern for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total units outstanding stand at 33.61 crore. Sponsor and sponsor group hold 8.03 crore units or 23.91 percent, all through an Alternative Investment Fund. Public unitholders hold 25.57 crore units or 76.09 percent, with bodies corporates at 33.70 percent being the largest, followed by NBFCs at 21.14 percent, individuals at 14.72 percent, and insurance companies at 3.38 percent. No units are pledged or encumbered.
