Q4 FY26 dematerialization compliance certificate filed with BSE

Cresanto Global Ltd (formerly Raymed Labs) has submitted a certificate to BSE under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. The certificate, issued by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Beetal Financial & Computer Services, confirms that all share dematerialization requests received during the quarter were processed, the underlying physical certificates were cancelled, and the depository's name was recorded as the registered owner in the company's register of members within the required 15 days.
