Qualitek Labs' board on May 29, 2025 approved audited financial results for FY25 with an unmodified auditor opinion. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to INR 4,586.48 lakh from INR 2,918.38 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 57%, while net profit rose to INR 528.33 lakh from INR 430.73 lakh (~23% growth). Consolidated revenue stood at INR 7,022.69 lakh with a net profit of INR 768.36 lakh. During the year, the company raised INR 5,171.65 lakh via preferential allotment at a premium of INR 188.33 per share and acquired 49.99% of Interstellar Testing Centre (ITCPL) for INR 3,299.26 lakh, plus 100% of Quality and Testing Infosolution (QTIPL) for INR 500 lakh. A share swap is planned to make ITCPL wholly-owned, with 16.71 lakh shares to be issued at a ratio of 6.56:1. New auditors and a company secretary were also appointed, and an EGM will be held to seek shareholder approval.
Strong revenue growth and improved profitability, combined with major acquisitions and a large equity raise, signal aggressive expansion. Shareholders should watch for any dilution impact from the share swap and EGM outcomes.
