Qualitek Labs has informed BSE that its Board approved the cessation of M/s Naval Thakur & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25, citing internal technical issues on the auditor's side. In their place, M/s Meenu Sharma & Associates, a Delhi-NCR-based peer-reviewed firm of Practicing Company Secretaries led by Ms. Meenu Sharma (ACS, Membership No. 54276), has been appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
