Qualitek Labs has submitted a corrigendum to its audited consolidated financial results for FY25, filed because the Cash Flow Statement was inadvertently omitted from the original submission dated May 29, 2025. The complete results, including the consolidated Cash Flow Statement, have now been filed with BSE. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations surged to ₹4,586.48 lakh from ₹2,018.34 lakh in FY24, while net profit rose to ₹528.33 lakh from ₹430.73 lakh, with EPS of ₹5.94. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹7,022.69 lakh with a net profit of ₹768.36 lakh (first year of consolidation, no prior comparatives). The auditor (J Madan & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Operating cash flow was healthy at ₹1,049.94 lakh on a consolidated basis. During the year, the company raised ₹5,171.65 lakh via a preferential allotment and acquired two subsidiaries — ITCPL (49.99%) and QTTPL (100%).
This is an administrative correction — the Cash Flow Statement was missing from the earlier filing and has now been added; the headline numbers remain unchanged. No negative earnings or audit red flags were flagged. Shareholders get a cleaner, more complete view of the company's finances, and the underlying growth and acquisition story remains intact.
