Quarterly demat compliance certificate filed with depositories

Dharani Sugars and Chemicals has submitted a quarterly compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI Depositories Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The certificate, issued by its Registrar Cameo Corporate Services, confirms that share certificates received for dematerialization were processed, mutilated and cancelled, and the depository's name was recorded as registered owner in the member register within 15 days.
