Quess Corp, India's largest domestic staffing player, reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹3,892 Cr (6% YoY) and EBITDA of ₹86 Cr (28% YoY), achieving its highest EBITDA margin of 2.2%. For FY26, revenue stood at ₹15,305 Cr with EBITDA of ₹312 Cr (19% YoY growth). Adjusted PAT was ₹230 Cr with EPS of ₹15.4/share, both growing 10% YoY. The company declared a final dividend of ₹3/share plus a special interim dividend of ₹3/share. With headcount of 479,000+ associates across 8 countries, Quess maintains a healthy balance sheet with net cash of ₹271 Cr and ROE of 20%. EBITDA to operating cash flow conversion improved to 80%. The Board also outlined a new dividend policy targeting approximately 75% return of free cash flow to shareholders over a 3-year block.
