Sneha Kailash Katkar acquired 33,19,498 shares (6.14% voting rights) of Quick Heal Technologies from Anupama Kailash Katkar on 24 June 2025 at Rs. 364.30 per share, using the 60-day VWAP-based pricing. The transaction is part of an internal re-organization of investments within the promoter family and was carried out under the inter-se transfer exemption (Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of SAST 2011). Post-transaction, Sneha Katkar's stake rose from 0.68% to 6.83%, while Anupama Katkar's stake dropped from 20.68% to 14.54%. The required disclosure under Regulation 10(5) was filed on 17 June 2025, ahead of the acquisition. Total promoter-group shareholding remains largely unchanged as this is a reshuffle within the family.
No material impact on the stock or overall promoter control is expected since it is merely a transfer of shares between promoter family members. Shareholders should note that promoter ownership is being re-aligned within the Katkar family, with no change in the aggregate promoter stake.
