Quint Digital Limited's Board has approved issuing up to 10,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of Rs. 1 lakh each, raising up to Rs. 100 crore in aggregate. The NCDs will be issued on a private placement basis in one or more tranches. The coupon rate, tenure, security details, and exact terms are yet to be decided and will be disclosed at the time of allotment. The NCDs are not proposed to be listed on any stock exchange.
This debt raise increases the company's liabilities but does not dilute shareholder equity since NCDs are non-convertible. The actual impact on shareholders depends on the coupon rate and use of proceeds, which have not yet been disclosed.
