Quint Digital Limited has sent a reminder letter to shareholders who still hold shares in physical (paper) form, asking them to update their KYC details with the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Private Limited. The reminder is issued under SEBI's Master Circular dated February 6, 2026, which makes it mandatory for physical security holders to furnish PAN, postal address with PIN, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature. Shareholders who do not update these details will not be able to lodge grievances or avail any service requests from the RTA. Additionally, from April 1, 2024, such folios will only receive dividend, interest, or redemption payments electronically once all KYC details are furnished. The company has also advised shareholders to dematerialise their holdings at the earliest.
This is a routine regulatory compliance communication with no direct impact on the stock price or business operations. However, physical shareholders who ignore this may face restrictions on receiving dividends or other corporate benefits, so affected investors should update their KYC or consider dematerialising their shares.
