R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Limited reported standalone revenue of ₹19,742.39 lakhs for FY2026, up 51.7% from ₹13,011.00 lakhs in FY2025, driven by strong growth in its irrigation systems business and recent acquisitions including Brahmanand Pipes Private Limited (acquired Jan 2026). Standalone PAT grew 47.3% to ₹3,521.54 lakhs from ₹2,390.65 lakhs. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board recommended a 3% dividend (subject to shareholder approval) and reappointed the internal auditor. However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative at ₹-1,143.63 lakhs (vs ₹-2,198.76 lakhs in prior year) due to a large increase in trade receivables (₹13,522 vs ₹7,992 lakhs) and inventory buildup (₹3,159 vs ₹1,754 lakhs). Total borrowings nearly tripled to ₹5,281.34 lakhs from ₹2,552.50 lakhs. The company also transitioned to Ind AS this year (effective April 1, 2024).
Strong topline and bottom-line growth with clean audit is positive, but the negative operating cash flow and rapidly rising debt levels raise concerns about working capital management and financial flexibility, warranting close monitoring.
